CMP(M) No. 784 of 2025 Delay of 115 days’ in filing the appeal against the order dated 20.09.2024, passed by the learned Single Judge, is condoned in view the averments made and the issue involved on merits. The application stands disposed of. LPA No. 334 of 2025 & CMP No.14700 of 2025 Counsel for the State has pointed out from the Writ record that apparently the Writ petitioner did not even have 10 years’ of service, having joined on 14.08.2007. Therefore, the date of regularization i.e. 22.12.2024 on notional basis, was also not correct as per office order dated 22.08.2020 (Annexure P-2). It is submitted that even in the written statement, this aspect was highlighted, but the learned Single Judge has not kept it in mind and therefore the benefit of regularization on actual basis was also liable to be given after only completion of 10 years i.e. from 14.08.2017. Subject to steps being taken within one week, notice be issued to the respondent returnable for 11.08.2025. Keeping in view the above, only the relief granted on actual basis from 22.12.2014 shall remain stayed. List on 11.08.2025. ( G.S.
