Nagendra Reddy, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri A. Srikanth Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Law & Legislative Affairs. 2. The prayer sought in the present Writ Petition is as under: “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondent No.1 in issuing impugned G.O.Rt.No.307, Law (G) Department, dated 14-08-2025 disengaging the services of the Petitioner as Government Pleader without specifying any reason and without issuing notice or opportunity as arbitrary, illegal and violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the impugned G.O.Rt.No.307, Law (G) Department, dated 14-08-2025 issued by the 1st Respondent with a further direction to continue the Petitioner as Government Pleader in terms of G.O.Rt.No.119, Law (G) Department, dated 04-04- 2023 issued by the 1st Respondent in the interest of justice.” 3. Having regard to the above prayer, this Court is of the view that the present case is squarely covered by the Common Order of this Court dated 18.08.2025 in W.P.Nos.21413 & 21494 of 2025. 4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed in terms of the said Common Order dated 18.08.2025 in W.P.Nos.21413 & 21494 of 2025. No order as to costs. 5. Registry is directed to attach a copy of the Common Order dated 18.08.2025 in W.P.Nos.21413 & 21494 of 2025 along with this Order. 6.
