ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of the Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents especially the 4TH respondent in not registering the FIR 8/2025, with proper sections of offences in consonance with the report/complaint dated 15-09-2024, and not considering the representations dated 18-11-2024, 27-01-2025, 26-03-2025, 07-04- 2025 as arbitraiy, illegal and unconstitutional and against the well settled principles of natural justice, and consequentially a) Take judicial notice of the non-compliance and improper application of

sections by the Nagarampalem Police Station in FIR No. 8/2025 dated 08/01/2025, registered pursuant to this Honble Courts order in W.P. No. 25611 of 2024, b) Issue appropriate directions to the Superintendent of Police, Guntur District, and the Station House Officer, Nagarampalem, to forthwith rectify the FIR by incorporating all the relevant and proper sections as prima facie made out from the complaint, in compliance with this Honble Courts order dated 15.11.2024.”
2. Heard Sri G.Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police have registered the FIR not in consonance with the contents of the report.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
