Verma, Additional Advocates General, with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for State. __________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge (oral): Before case at hand could be heard and decided on its own merits, learned counsel representing the petitioner, on instructions, states that petitioner would be content and satisfied in case she is permitted to make representation to the competent authority for her adjustment/transfer at Government Senior Secondary School, Rajol, Kangra, where one post of Principal is lying vacant, or any station nearby. 2. Learned Deputy Advocate General is not averse to afore innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Consequently, in view of fair stand adopted by learned Deputy Advocate General, this Court, without going into the merits of the 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 case, deems it fit to dispose of the present petition, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file representation to the competent authority within a period of two days, praying therein for her adjustment at station mentioned hereinabove or any nearby station, which in-turn shall be decided by the competent authority expeditiously, preferably, within a period of ten days, taking note of the fact that petitioner herein had not completed her normal tenure of posting at DIET, Kangra and for quite long, selection process has not been initiated by the respondents for filling-up the post of Principal, DIET, Kangra, for which otherwise petitioner is eligible and moreover, husband of the petitioner is employed in Army and at present, posted at Yol. Ordered accordingly. Till the time, representation, if filed within a period of two days, is not decided by the competent authority, petitioner shall not be compelled to join at the transferred station.
