In terms of Annexure-K, petitioner has made a representation to the Chief Officer, Bidadi Municipal - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:13318 WP No. 20823 of 2022 Council and has submitted that Katha was issued to the properties when it was situated within the jurisdiction of Bidadi Gram Panchayat and subsequent to upgradation of Gram Panchayat into Town Municipal Council, Kathas are now required to be entered in the records of the Town Municipal Council and be issued. 3. It is further submitted that all taxes have been paid and accordingly, fresh Katha including E-Katha in Form No.3 may be issued. 4. It is noticed that the said representation is dated 24.07.2022 and made over to the respondent on 25.07.2022. In light of sufficient time having been afforded to the respondent, the said representation at Annexure-K to be disposed off within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. 5.
