Santosh Yadav @ Bachcha Yadav and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 200 of 2024, under Sections 147, 352, 323, 324, 504, 506, 307, 325 of I.P.C., Police Station- Chakeri, District- Kanpur Nagar as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 3.2.2025, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/bail application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/bail application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
