By order dated 07.02.2025, this court has appointed Mr. Gopal Sheel Bhatnagar, Advocate, to act as sole arbitrator for resolution of the dispute between the parties. Office was directed to obtain his consent in terms of Section 11(8) of the Act. 2. The record reveals that Mr. Gopal Sheel Bhatnagar, Advocate has given his consent to act as sole arbitrator by letter dated 19.03.2025. Accordingly, the parties are permitted to approach the arbitrator, namely Mr. Gopal Sheel Bhatnagar, Advocate, for settlement of disputes between them. As agreed to between the parties, the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted at Moradabad. 3. The arbitrator shall be entitled to fees and expenses as per IVth Schedule of the Act. 4.
