This petition is by seven petitioners claiming themselves to be the cultivators of the land forming subject matter of the writ petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not taken trouble of coming up with bare minimum averments in the writ petition by reference to each petitioner as to how much land in which particular khasra number he or she has been in the purported cultivating possession so as to draw out the alleged cause of action to come together with the joint writ petition. 3. Therefore, this writ petition in its present format, as preferred by the writ petitioners collectively, is dismissed without prejudice to their rights to come up with the writ petition, be it jointly or individually, with full and better particulars so as to relieve this Court from the burden of fishing out the facts and circumstances on the basis of which, the seven petitioners joined to come up with the present facts deficient writ petition. 4.
