Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 126 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 115, 126, 308, 324, 326, 327, 351 and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Vivek Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Hazaribag. 3. On 15.07.2025, rangdari was demanded from the Informant through a mobile number which belonged to the petitioner Abu Shama. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners Tauhid Ansari and Taurkir Ansari submitted that there is no allegation against these petitioners and they have been made accused only on the confession of co-accused. As far as the petitioner Abu Shama is concerned, his mobile number was used in demanding rangdari. 2. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner- Abu Shama on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected, at this stage. 6. However, in view of the submission made above, petitioners-Tauhid Ansari and Taurkir Ansari are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Vivek Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Hazaribag in connection with Keredari P.S.
