Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. By means of the present application under Section - 528 B.N.S.S., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Aligarh to expedite the proceedings of Case No. 1482 of 2021 (Neelam Saraswat and Another Vs. Ankit Sharma), under Section - 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station - Sasanigate, District - Aligarh, and to decide the same within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.1, Aligarh, since 04.12.2021. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case under Section - 125 Cr.P.C. was filed by the opposite party No.2 and 3 in the year 2021 but no substantial progress has been made so far and thus, a direction may be issued to the concerned court to decide the aforesaid case within specific time frame. 4. In view of aforesaid, the concerned Family Court is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order before the court concerned, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
