PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 has been filed, by the Petitioners / Accused Nos.5 and 6 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.340 of 2021 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Naidupet for the offences under 2 Section 498-A, 341 and 506 read with 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2. Sri Muchakayala Narayana, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 13.09.2023 dispensed with the presence of the Petitioners before the trial Court. Learned counsel would further submit that the same may be made absolute. 3. Sri Sanaga Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. The order dated 13.09.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court dispensing with the presence of the Petitioners / Accused Nos.5 and 6 before the trial Court, except on the specific dates as directed by the learned trial Judge, is made absolute.
