Direct the respondent nos. 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the respondent no.5 and 6 for non implementation of the orders of the respondent no.3 and entering into the civil dispute for his personal gain. And pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents no. 5 and 6 not to interfere into the civil dispute of the petitioner and the respondent no. 7 to 15, and not to call the petitioner to the police station pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. GP FOR HOME 4 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “....to pass orders direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declare the inaction the respondent Nos.5 and 6 interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.7 to 15 and threatening the petitioner not to enter into the petitioners land in Sy.Nos.175, 176, 178, 197, 203A, in Konuru Village, Achampeta Mandal, Palnadu District and aiding the unofficial respondents Nos.7 to 15, is illegal, arbitrary and misuse of powers, consequently direct: A. Direct the respondent Nos.5 and 6 to not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.7 to 15, B. Direct the respondents to perform their duties in the interest of justice, C. Direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the respondent Nos.5 and 6 for non implementation of the orders of the respondent No.3 and entering into the civil dispute for his personal gain and pass....” 2. Heard Ms. Sridevi Jampani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents by supporting the unofficial respondents. 4. Learned Assistant Government for Home, on written instructions, would submit that they have received representation of the petitioner from the Superintendent of Police, which was given under Public Grievance Redressal System. After receiving the said representation, the respondent No.5 addressed a letter to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sattenapalli Revenue Division, Palnadu District, with a request to furnish the ownership and 5 possession regarding the subject property. Police have not received any report from the Revenue Divisional Officer in this matter. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that let there be a direction to the police not to interfere with the civil dispute. 6. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes. There shall be no order as to costs.
