These matters are taken up in the 1st National Lok Adalat in presence of the Advocates/representatives of both the Insurance Company and claimant. 2. On the basis of the compromise made between the parties, the claim is settled at a consolidated sum of Rs.5,30,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs Thirty Thousand) as compensation. 3.
