Prem Nagar, District Bareilly, as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 31.8.2017, pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (S.D.)/Fast Track Court, Bareilly. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of B.N.S.S. is dismissed as not pressed.
