The present application has been preferred for seeking quashing of the non-bailable warrant order dated 02.09.2025 passed by learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Bareilly, in Special Case No. 201 of 2021 (State vs. Faiyad and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 206 of 2021, under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)(n), 120B of I.P.C. and Section 6/17 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act and Section 3, 5(1) of the U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2020, P.S. Bahedi, District Bareilly. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicants confined his prayer only to the extent that the present application may be disposed of finally with a direction to the court concerned that in case applicants surrender before it and apply for bail in pursuance of NBW order dated 02.09.2025, the same may be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law to which learned AGA has no objection. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the instant application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned that in case, the applicants surrender before the court concerned within a period of two weeks from today and apply for bail in pursuance of NBW order dated 02.09.2025, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law.
