Petitioner's application for cutting trees which are causing threat to the safety of the house is engaging attention of the second respondent. Grievance is that no decision upon petitioner's application is taken so far. Petitioner is thus before this Court. 2. In view of the above, we dispose of this petition, by permitting the petitioner to approach the second respondent by way of a representation, annexing all materials in support of his claim, together with certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. The second respondent would get the petitioner's claim examined and pass appropriate order, as may be warranted in law, within a further period of four weeks, thereafter.
