ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“...to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3"'^ respondent in not deleting the name of 5 respondent in web land adangal to the property to an extent of Ac.1.02 cents in Sy.No.523/2, Ac.0.97 cents in Sy.No.523/4 and Ac.0,83 cents in Sy.No.523/3 of Doddanapudi Village, Kalla Mandal by issuing false endorsements dt.11-07-2025,14-07-2025 2025 by the respondent herein without considering applications along with relevant documents is illegal, arbitrary and the principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same forthwith and to pass such other order or orders...” th Heard Sri G.V.S.Mehar Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner

The grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of property situated in an extent of Ac.1.02 cents in Sy.No.523/2, Ac.0.97 cents in Sy.No.523/4 and Ac.0.83 cents in Sy.No.523/3 of Doddanapudi Village, Kalla Mandal. The official respondents have mutated the name of the respondent No.5 in revenue records. Aggrieved by the same, petitioner filed several representations. However, there is no response from the official respondents. Hence, present writ petition is filed. 3. 4 m
4. Learned State counsel furnished written instructions addressed by the Tahsildar, Kalla Mandal, West Godavari District to the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, High Court of Andhra Pradesh. The relevant paragraph in said written instructions is extracted hereunder:
“...it is submitted that as per the present web land records the name of the Writ Petitioner i.e., Sri Jettiboyina Pothuraju recorded as follows:- S.No. R.S.No. Extent in Ac.Cts., Khata No. 1 523/4 0.72 272 2 523/5 1.09 272 It is further submitted that presently in Doddanapudi Village of Kalla Mandal the Resurvey is conducting, the petitioner grievance shall redress in this resurvey process, the petitioner is well aware of the programme but the petitioner intentionally filed this writ petition with false allegations, actually as per the document the petitioner is having lands in R.S.No.523/2 Ac.1.02cts., & R.S.No.523/4 Ac.0.97cts., Ac.1.99cts., but as per survey report the petitioner is possession and enjoyment in R.S.No.523/4, to an extent of Ac.0.97cents, and R.S.No.523/5, to an extent of Ac.1.09 cents, total extent of Ac.2.06cts., situated in Doddanapudi Village of Kalla Mandal.
These variations may be rectified during resurvey programme. total extent of In this connection, it is respectfully submitted that the 3''^ and 4*'' respondents i.e., the Revenue Divisional Officer, Bhimavaram, and the Tahsildar, Kalla, have duly taken up the grievance of the writ petitioner, and the same will be redressed during the ongoing resurvey programme, in accordance with the procedure prescribed under the Resurvey Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). It is therefore humbly requested that the above facts may kindly be brought to the notice of the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, and that the writ petition may be disposed of at the admission stage itself... ” On perusal of the written instructions, it appears that grievance
