ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“...to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents herein particularly Respondent Nos.3 to 5 in threatening to demolish/dispossess the petitioner from the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property of an extent of 260 Sq.yards including an RCC building by name Hotel HR Grand, situated at Sy.No.13, Plot No.1 (part) of Avilala Village Accounts No.49, Gandhipuram Panchayat, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Tirupati District, Erstwhile Chittoor District, without issuing any notice or opportunity of personal hearing or following the due process of law is questioned as the same is arbitrary, illegal, contrary to the well-established legal principles apart from being violative of fundamental and constitutional rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents, not to interfere with the petitioner’s peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property and pass such other order or orders...” The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents are threatening to demolish/dispossess the petitioner from the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property to an extent of 260 Sq.yards

Learned counsel for respondent No.4 would submit that similar writ petition vide W.P.No. 16675 of 2020 was filed before this Court and this Court by an order dated 02.03.2021 directed the Government to consider and pass orders on the representations of the petitioner therein, after hearing both the petitioner or her representatives and the Sri Swamy Hathiramji Mutt.
5. Having regard to the above submissions and in view of the orders passed in W.P.No.16675 of 2020, the present Writ Petition is
disposed of, permitting to petitioner to ventilate the grievance by filing a representation along with supporting documents, before the concerned authority within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing such representation, the concerned authority is directed to examine the same, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and communicate the said decision to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. Till such time, respondents are
directed not to take any coercive steps against the subject property. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
