While placing on record communication dated 15.06.2026, issued under the signatures of Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division, Sunni, District Shimla, which is taken on record, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that Superintending Engineer, Jal Shakti Circle, R/Peo, District Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh has found that actual date of regularization of the applicants/petitioners namely Sh. Pritam Singh and Sh. Rajeev, Junior Technical Fitter, was 11.01.2022 and not 31.12.2021 after completion of all codal formalities. This Court finds that afore authority issued corrigendum, thereby regularization in favour of Sh. Pritam Singh and Mr. Rajeev, Junior Technical Fitter issued vide T/o Order dated 30.07.2025/31.07.2025, may be considered w.e.f 11.01.2022 instead of 31.12.2021. Learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file appropriate proceedings at appropriate stage. Ordered accordingly.
