By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to relieve the petitioner to her place of transferred i.e. Bagbahara, District Mahasasmund as per transfer order dated 29-11-2024 (Annexure P-1). 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court be further pleased to grant such other relief(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice and fair play.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Child Development Project Officer at Kirandul, District-South Bastar, Dantewada, C.G. and has been transferred on 29.11.2024 from District-South Bastar, Dantewada, C.G. on the same post to Bagbahara, District-Mahasamund, C.G. on administrative ground. However, she has not been relieved by the respondent No. 4 as such she has filed this petition with limited prayer that the respondent authorities, especially, respondent No. 4 may be directed to relieve the petitioner 3 forthwith so that she may join her transferred place. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that since there is no reliever to the petitioner as such she could not be relieved. However, she has failed to give any reasons as why this transfer order has been passed on administrative ground and if the transfer order has been passed on administrative ground, it is the duty of the State to get it executed which seems that the respondents are not adhering with. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly, taking note of the circular dated 19.07.2024 in which the department of GAD State of C.G. has directed for relieving the employee within five days as such the respondent No. 4 is directed to relieve the petitioner forthwith. 6.
