ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2"^ respondent in not disposing the Revision petition dt.2B.0Q.2025 filed by the petitioners against the ordprs dt. 31.05.2025 passed by the 3'"^respondent vide Proceedings in Rc.No.02(B)/945/2024, cancelling for Sub-Division in Sy.No.151-2 total extent of 5.60 Acres is illegal, arbitrary and unjust and violation of the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 2'^^ respondent to dispose the revision filed by the petitioners dt.28.06.2025 and pass such other order or orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case”.

The petitioners have approached this Court with a prayer for issuance of a direction for expeditious disposal of the Revision Petition, dated 28.06.2025 filed by the petitioners against the orders vide Rc.No.D2(B)/945/2024 dated 31.05.2025 passed by the 3^^ respondent for cancellation of Sub-Division in Sy.No.151-2 total extent of Ac.6.60 cents. The learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the appellate authority is bound to decide the case in accordance with law expeditiously. The urgency that is stated that the property rights are involved in the case if the delay is occasioned that it will be detrimental to the petitioners. Hence, pleaded to direct the revisional authority to dispose of the revision in a time bound manner in accordance with law.

4 Ergo the Court directs the 2""^ respondent appellate authority to make an endeavour by making all the efforts with due diligence for disposal of the interlocutory application in Revision Petition, dated 28.06.2025 filed by the petitioners, as per law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within four weeks from the date of receipt of
