In a civil suit on file No. 02/2025 instituted on 03.01.2025 by the respondent/plaintiff-Zaina Begum, acting through attorney holder-Ishfaq Ahmad Sheikh before the Court of Civil Judge/Senior Division (Mobile Magistrate), Pulwama, the two petitioners herein, figuring as defendants, upon their appearance came up not only with the written statement but also with an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, thereby seeking rejection of the plaint. 2. This application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 was filed on 23.05.2025. 3. The two petitioners, as defendants, are aggrieved that said application of the petitioners is receiving no attention for adjudication from the trial court as a result whereof the petitioners, as defendants, are in a state of lingering suspense. 4. The petitioners are, thus, seeking supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction unto the trial court to dispose of said application of the petitioners maintained under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 5. This petition is disposed of at its very inception stage by directing the Court of Civil Judge/Senior Division (Mobile Magistrate), Pulwama to take up and adjudicate with said application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 of the petitioners within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order to be delivered by the petitioners on the file of the suit before the Court below. 6.
