ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS, directing the Respondent No. 5 herein to conduct proper further investigation in the above Crime No. 306/2024 U/s 448,323 and 509 of I.P.C. of Penamaluru Police Station, Krishna District and to conclude the same in the specific period, during the pendency of the Writ petition and to pass....…”
2. Heard Sri Venkata Chalasani, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the police to investigate and file a report.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
