This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.01.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 2356 of 2021 (Pappu vs. State of U.P.). 4. The present matter is of the year 2020. It is more than four years since then. It appears that learned counsel for the parties are not interested in pursuing the matter as or the matter has rendered infructuous by efflux of time. 5. Despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from either of the sides. 6. In view of the above, the present bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
