GP FOR HOME 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 23821 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents particularly the respondent No. 3 herein in take action in pursuant to Crime No. 246 of 2025 dated 11.06.2025 against the 4th respondent is illegal, arbitrary, irrational, unconstitutional and in violation of Principles of Natural Justice and to consequently direct the respondent No. 3 to conduct fair investigation in pursuant to crime no 246 of 2025 to initiate action against the 4th respondent as early as possible.…” 2. Heard Sri Baggi Venkata Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent- police are not conducting the investigation in Crime No.246 of 2025, in a fair manner and let there be a direction to the respondent police to conduct a fair investigation relating to the Crime No.246 of 2025 and conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are direction to conduct a fair investigation relating to Crime No.246 4 of 2025. The police are further directed to look into the points raised by the petitioner during the course of investigation and take appropriate steps according to law. The respondent police are also directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, if not already filed. There shall be no order as to costs.
