This appeal is directed against the order dated 18.11.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Koderma in A.B.P. No.707 of 2024, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected. It has been alleged that one Suraj Kumar Rana was apprehended and on search, 05 fake currency notes of Rs. 50/- were recovered from his pocket. It has also been alleged that the appellant has been implicated on the confessional statement of Suraj Kumar Rana. It has been submitted that Suraj Kumar Rana has been acquitted by the learned Trial Court. Learned Spl.P.P has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the appellant and the fact that Suraj Kumar Rana has been acquitted by the learned Trial Court, we while setting aside the order dated 18.11.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Koderma in A.B.P. No.707 of 2024, direct the appellant to surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks and on his surrender, the learned Trial Court shall release him on bail furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial -2- Magistrate, 1st Class, Koderma, in connection with Markacho P.S.
