HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI WRIT PETITION Nos.2884 of 2003 & 23352 of 2002 COMMON ORDER: Since the Writ Petitioner in both the Writ Petitions is same and both the Writ Petitions are interrelated, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of these Writ Petitions by way of this Common Order. Though the matters are listed today under the caption ‘For Dismissal’, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On earlier occasions also i.e., on 01.08.2025 and 07.07.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the cases. Hence, the Writ Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
