Heard Sri Arpit Agarwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner/review applicant and Sri Krishna Kant Singh, learned counsel for respondent no. 5. 2. The instant review application has been preferred for seeking review of the judgment and order dated 03.10.2023 passed in PIL no. 2009 of 2023 which has already been decided on the basis of the instructions received from the learned Standing Counsel. 3. Today when learned counsel for petitioner/review applicant is again re-apprising the same facts that the property in question is still under the encroachment of certain persons, copy of the instructions has been forwarded to him for going through the contents mentioned therein. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby given relevant copy of the instructions through which it is transpired that there is hardly any encroachment as submitted through the instructions and the order dated 03.10.2023 has been passed. There is hardly any scope of review of the order which has strictly been passed over the instructions so received, if the petitioner is still aggrieved he may take appropriate legal recourse in respect of the grievances as well as in the light of the instructions so received over which order put under review has already been passed. 5. In view of aforesaid discussion, there is hardly any scope of review and the instant application is hereby dismissed accordingly.
