This Criminal Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.565 of 2020 on the file of the Nellore VI Town Police Station, Nellore, for the alleged offences under Sections 328, 272, 273 IPC and 59(1) of Food Safety and Standards Act. 3. However, both learned counsel submit that similar matters have already been allowed by this Court in Crl.P.No.1432 of 2020 and batch, vide common order dated 13.07.2020. 4. In terms of the same and for reasons alike, this Criminal Petition is also allowed. 5. The Registry is directed to append a copy of the common order passed in Crl.P.No. 1432 of 2020 and batch, vide common order dated 13.07.2020, to this order.
