R2 IS IMPLEADED AS PER THE COURT ORDER DATED 27.01.2025 IN IA.NO.2 OF 2025 IN CRL.RC.NO.30 OF 2025 ...RESPONDENT(S): Counsel for the Petitioner(S): 2 1.SARASCHANDRA BABU JAKKAMSETTY Counsel for the Respondent(S): 1.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity ‘the Cr.P.C.,’) challenging the order dated 20.12.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.6002/2023 in C.C.No.120/2022 on the file of the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narsapur, whereby and whereunder the application filed under Section 339 of the Code of Criminal procedure (for brevity ‘the Cr.P.C.,’) was dismissed by the learned Trial Court declining the discharge of the Petitioners. 2. Before going into the merits of the matter, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks indulgence of this Court to direct the learned Trial Court to dispose of the C.C within a reasonable time. Mr. Neelotpal Ganji, learned Assistant Government Pleader also reported no objection for this submission. 3. Considering the entire gamut of the case, the order dated 20.12.2024 is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. Learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of C.C.No.120/2022 as early as possible preferably within a period of three months, as the Petitioner No.2 is aged about 72 years and Petitioner No.3 is aged about 71 years, being senior citizens they have the 3 right to get the matter disposed of as early as possible enabling them to see the fruits of the judgment in their life time. 4. With these observations and directions, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. No order as to costs.
