(Oral) Pursuant to order dated 7.7.2025, Dr. Sita Thakur, Principal, Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla, has come present and has tendered an unconditional apology for delay in implementation of the judgment alleged to have been violated. Afore officer states that pursuant to approval given by the competent authority i.e. Secretary (Health) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, entire amount on account of revised amount of gratuity, leave encashment and arrears of enhanced pension, stands paid to both the petitioners and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings. 2 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds merit in the aforesaid submissions made by officer present in the Court. 3. Having taken note of aforesaid substantial compliance, unconditional apology tendered by the officer present in the court is accepted. In view of the above, this Court finds no reason to keep the present petition alive and accordingly, same is disposed of. Notice stands discharged.
