HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.25193 of 2025 ORDER : In the present writ petition, Petitioner is seeking a direction to recompute and revise the notional pay by correctly including the Running Allowance/DA component in terms of V, VI and VII CPC norms and fix the pension at Rs.30,200/- under Level-6 of VII CPC with effect from 01.01.2016 and also a consequential direction to pay arrears of pension and dearness relief totaling to Rs.2,00,000/-. 2. As the issue in this case is under the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the Petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievance.
