The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent to consider the representations dated 04-07-2014 vide ANNEXURE-D and 06-12- 2024 vide ANNEXURE-E, in the interest of justice and equity. b) Pass any other suitable orders as this Hon’ble deems fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The representation dated 04.07.2014 at Annexure-D and the representation dated 06.12.2024 at Annexure-E submitted by the petitioners is to delete the name of Smt.Basamma, W/o.Adappa from the record of rights and make entry of the name of the petitioners after carrying out Podi and Durasthi proceedings. 3. Since the name of Smt.Basamma is already on record, such mandamus cannot be issued.
