The instant contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court’s order dated 07.10.2024 passed in WPS No. 6346 of 2024. 2 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and he wants to assail the order before appropriate forum. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent contended that he has filed a detailed reply along with affidavit. 4. Considering the aforesaid submissions of the counsel for the respective parties, this Court is of view that the order of this Court has been complied with. Therefore , respondents stand discharged of the contempt proceedings. 5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands finally disposed of. 6.
