Petitioner herein was arrested on o8.08.2024 and since then he has been langujshI'ng jn jail. The quantI'ty Of Ganja allegedly seized from the possession of the accused I-s 87.29Kgs. Learned Assistant publl'c prosecutor submitted that I'nVeStigation has been completed and the charge sheet could not be filed for want of inventory and there are no antecedents against the petitioner herein. 5. ln view of the aforesaI-d facts and circumstances of the case, this court is I-nCII'ned to grant bail to the petI'tI'Oner/Al on the following conditI'OnS. . cS ,>_ i) The petitioner/Al shall be released on bail on his executing personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge for Trial of Cases under NDPS Act- cum-I Additional Sessions Judge, Vizianagaram. ii) On release, the petI'tiOner Shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet. iii) Petitioner herein/Al shall not go beyond the jurisdiction of Parvathipuram district, Andhra Pradesh State, without leave of the trial Court and he shall make available his location through mobile phone by pairing it with the mobile phone of the Investigating Officer round the clock. 6.
