The prayer sought through the instant application seeking expedite disposal of the aforesaid case no. 1297 of 2011 is not maintainable through application under Section 528 BNSS and as such the instant application is hereby dismissed with liberty to applicant to prefer appropriate proceeding before appropriate forum of law for seeking relief as sought herein. 4. Office is directed to return the certified copies of the orders appended along with the instant application to office of learned counsel for applicant, as per rules and after retaining xerox copy of the same.
