By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed to direct the respondent No.1 to decide the representations dated 11.6.2024 and 4.4.2025 (Annexure E and F respectively to the present petition) and reinstate the petitioner to his original post. The petitioner has also prayed to direct the respondent No.1 to immediately act upon the Report dated 7.12.2023 (Annexure A) submitted by respondent No.2. 2. Learned advocate Mr. Vaghela, under instructions, submitted that the representations dated 11.6.2024 and 4.4.2025 (Annexure E and F respectively) are pending since long and during all this time, the respondents have not decided the same and, therefore, the respondent No.1 may be directed to decide the said representations of the petitioner. 3. Considering the aforesaid innocuous prayer, the respondent No.1 is directed to decide the representations dated C/SCA/5977/2025 ORDER DATED: 01/05/2025 11.6.2024 and 4.4.2025 (Annexure E and F respectively) of the petitioner as early as possibly, latest by 30.6.2025 in accordance with law and to pass reasoned order in case if the representations of the petitioner are not favourably decided and communicate the same to the petitioner by way of RPAD. 4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter. Direct service is permitted.
