A photocopy of death certificate is also herewith filed along with. None appeared for the petitioner/accused. 2. Though the petitioner/accused died in the year 2020, the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner/accused did not take steps to come on record to contest the revision. 3. In view of the occurrence of death of the revision petitioner who died five years back, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
