Shri Sushil Kumar Dubey, learned counsel, has submitted his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5 in the Court today. The same is taken on record. 2. The Court has heard the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Sushil Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 and 5, as well as the learned A.G.A. representing the State-respondents. The record has also been perused. 3. In compliance with the directions issued vide order dated 24.03.2025, the corpus, Ms. Preeti Chaturvedi, has been produced before the Court by the police. 4. Upon being examined by the Court, the corpus, Ms. Preeti Chaturvedi, stated that she is 30 years old. She affirmed that she has solemnized marriage with petitioner no. 1, Neeraj Yadav, in accordance with Hindu customs and rites and has expressed her clear and unequivocal desire to reside with her husband, petitioner no. 1. 5. In light of her voluntary statement, Sub-Inspector Shri Shamshul Hasan (P.N.O. No. 932260073), Police Station Miryan, District Etawah, who escorted the corpus to the Court, is directed to release her forthwith to go with petitioner no. 1, Neeraj Yadav. 6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 7. It is further noted that the legal expenses, amounting to 30,000/-, have been handed over to petitioner no. 2, Ms. Preeti ₹ Chaturvedi, in the Court itself, by way of a demand draft bearing No. 000537, dated 08.04.2025.
