It is submitted by learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that his mother had applied for allotment of residential plot vide application no.40093 dated 27.01.1994 to the Bihar State Housing Board, Patna which was forwarded to the Jharkhand State Housing Board vide memo no.837 dated 22.04.2006. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that neither final allotment has been made nor the security deposit has been refunded with interest. Petitioner appears to be have submitted representations on 31.07.2023 and 13.08.2024 to the Executive Engineer, Jharkhand State Hosing Board, which has not been disposed of till date. 4. Under the circumstance, respondent no.1 is directed to take a final decision on the representations submitted by the petitioner within eight weeks of receipt of the order.
