M RAVINDRA The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has purchased a car from the 2nd respondent and the relevant transfer papers were also executed by the 2nd respondent. However, there was also a financial transaction between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent. As the petitioner has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act against the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent after receipt of the summons in the said case 2 has filed a false complaint with Vedayapalem Police Station, SPSR Nellore district, for alleged offences under Sections 420, 506 of IPC. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police are now trying to interfere in the dispute and pressurizing the petitioner to settle the dispute with the 2nd respondent. 3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is still pending. 4. Considering the submissions, the police are hereby directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.66 of 2020 and shall also issue a notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS Act, in the event they intend to enquire and record the statement of the petitioner. 5.
