The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner group from the respondents for its kind perusal. Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI 2 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ directing the respondent authorities to honor and comply with the order dated 30/10/2019 passed by the court of Addl. Commissioner, Bilaspur Division and permit and allow the petitioner group for supply of ready to eat food to the Anganbadi Centres as per the contract executed with the respondents. 10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents authorities to compensate the petitioner self help group for the period during which the petitioner group was out of work of supplying the ready to eat food material to the Anganbadi Centres on account of defiant and biased attitude of the respondent no. 5 officer, despite the stay order granted in favour of the petitioner group by the court of Addl. Commissioner, Bilaspur Division dated 30/10/2019 for which there is no fault on the part of the petitioner group. 10.4 Any appropriate writ, direction or order may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Ms. Priyanka Rai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that by efflux of time, this petition has become infructuous, therefore, it may be dismissed being rendered infructuous. 3.
