Heard Sri Sivaprasad Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 03. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without there being any crime registered against the petitioner, the police are calling him to the police station and threatening him to sign certain documents in connection with the disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 04. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that no crime has been registered against the petitioner as on date. 05. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction that the police shall follow the due process of law in the event of registration of any crime against the petitioner. Further, the police are directed not to summon the petitioner to the police station or otherwise interfere in the private disputes in the absence of any crime registered against him.
