The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI Date: 2025.08.27 16:28:43 +0530 2 10.1 That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for the entire records of the petitioner's case. 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court be further pleased to quash the impugned termination order dated 27.11.2015 (Ann.P/1) passed by the Respondent No. 5 terminating the petitioner's service from the post of Assistant Teacher, Panchayat. 10.3 That the Hon'ble court be further pleased to direct the Respondent authority to consider and decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order of termination dated 15.07.21 within stipulated period. 10.4 That the Hon'ble court be further pleased to direct the Respondent No. 4, Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Lailunga to reinstate the petitioner's service and allow him to perform duty as Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) in the Primary School, Kodamai Block-Lailunga District Raigarh with all consequential service benefits. 10.5 Any other orders that the Hon'ble Court deems fit and necessary in the circumstances of the case, may be also passed. 10.6 That the cost of the petition be also awarded to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the appeal preferred against the order dated 27.11.2015 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Lailunga is pending consideration before the Collector, Raigarh. He would contend that a direction may be issued to the concerned authority to decide the pending appeal expeditiously. 3. No objection from other side. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by Mr. Manoj Kumar Sinha, this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Collector to make all endeavors to conclude the proceedings of the pending appeal parties being Laljeet Kumar Nag vs. Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Lailunga expeditiously 3 preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. The petitioner would be at liberty to serve copy of this order alongwith application to the concerned Collector. 6. With the aforesaid direction(s), the petitioner is disposed of.
