The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bengabad P.S. Case No. 103/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Giridih. 3. On 15.07.2024, the cattle of the deceased Jageshwar Mahto started grazing in the field of the petitioner. There was some altercation between the parties and the petitioner gave lathi blow to Jageshwar Mahto due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that no case of culpable homicide will be made out rather it will case of culpable homicide not amounting to murder. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Giridih in connection with Bengabad P.S.
