The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :- a. To quash the notification no. 11/Navi/gadhan-04/2025 481 dt. 03.03.25, issued under the signature of secretary urban Development and Housing Deptt. Govt. of Bihar, Patna by which a draft order has been issued for inclusion of Village- Sarsauli under Gram Panchayat Sasrsauli, Block- Obra, P.S- Jamhor, Dist. Aurangabad with a further prayer to stay the operation of notification no. 4/25 till Patna High Court CWJC No.5583 of 2025(2) dt.07-04-2025 2/2 disposal of this case. b. To pass any such other order or order as this Hon’ble Court thinks fit & proper. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner outrighlty submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Aurangabad (Respondent No. 6) to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2025. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the Respondent No. 6 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2025 in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned. 5.
