Heard Sri V. Sai Sri Harsha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.3 is not registering the FIR in pursuance of the complaint dated 07.08.2025 made by the petitioner. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the matter is under preliminary inquiry and the police will take necessary steps for registration of a crime upon completion of the preliminary inquiry. 5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to look into the matter and take appropriate steps according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
