The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No. 74 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No.3326 of 2023, for the offence registered under Sections 406/419/420 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Shivraj Mishra, learned J.M., Ranchi. Petitioner is alleged to have induced the husband of the informant to give him Rs.19,500/- and thereafter, he took the money and fled away. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2023. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Shivraj Mishra, learned J.M., Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with Bariyatu P.S.
