Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, who had on the previous occasion, been granted time to obtain instructions. 2. The writ petition seeks the following relief also:- "(B). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the State Government to decide Revision No.37/(R)/G. and M/(U.P.)/2024 pending Special Secretary, Geology and Mining Department, Govt. of U.P. with short period of time." 3. The statement of the learned Standing Counsel is that in the revision, after hearing the parties, judgment has been reserved on 30.4.2025. 4. Accordingly, let the matter be listed as fresh after two weeks." 3. Today, a statement has been made by learned Standing Counsel that the revision shall be decided very soon. 4. Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the authority concerned to, positively, decide the Revision No. 37/(R)/G. and M/(U.P.)/2024 pending before the Secretary, Geology and Mining Department, Government of U.P. within a period of two weeks from today.
