Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the same and has no objection to the petition being dismissed as infructuous. 3. In view of the above, and since nothing further survives for adjudication, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order.
